"We believe that every young person has the ability to thrive in life, and to reach his or her goals."
GUIDE92 aims to provide young people (aged 11-16) with the guidance they need in order to be successful and achieve to their utmost potential. Working with the relevant authorities as well as families means that the service we provide is successful.
We work in partnership with local authorities schools and families in order to provide a high quality service to those we work with. We believe that their participation is necessary for students to excel in their studies.
GUIDE92 Education recognizes that a strong emotional foundation ultimately leads to academic as well as personal success. We do not compromise on the quality of the education delivered to the students.
GUIDE92 Education provides specialist support for pupils with severe emotional as well as behavioral difficulties, who have been or might be at risk of exclusion from mainstream education.
Through a process of nurture, guidance, safety and positive learning experiences, students are able to replace past experiences of failure and underachievement with successful and personally rewarding outcomes.
"Our focus is centred on personal well-being and development, as well as supporting growth in self-confidence, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships and study skills"
GUIDE92 Education recognizes that a strong emotional foundation is what ultimately leads to academic and personal success. We aim to make learning a more enjoyable and meaningful experience for young people. Emphasis is given to developing relationships, as we believe positive relationships are the key to educational success. Our student-centred approach focuses on conflict resolution and positive reinforcement of pro-social behavior. Negative behavior is discussed, but the emphasis of our approach is to reward and attend to positive behavior. Our cognitive behavioral approach is one that fosters mutual respect and trust, where we encourage the student to be reflective as opposed to reactive.
